Digital content purchased and/or downloaded from Access iQ™ is not returnable or refundable. If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you purchased, we're happy to help you troubleshoot the problem.
We go to significant lengths to ensure that you feel confident about your purchases with Access iQ™.
After purchasing a subscription to our premium content, the purchase will appear in the "Subscriptions" tab of your online account with our site. You have the opportunity to review your purchase of the content in html. Should this content not meet your needs for any reason and you have not downloaded the associated pdf, then we would be happy to refund your purchase.
Education and seminars
If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of any education and seminars, please alert the trainer and/or convenor at the event immediately. A representative of Access iQ™ will be in touch to discuss your needs and understand where we fell short. We do not refund for change of mind or non-attendance.
If for any reason you need to cancel your attendance at an event, a full refund is given if we receive your cancellation 30 days prior to the event. Cancellation fees are as follows:
- Up to two (2) weeks prior to the event taking place — 50 per cent of invoice total is refunded.
- Less than two (2) weeks prior to the event taking place — no refunds available.
