Dates and venue for the ‘Web content Adaptability Initiative in Australia' (OZeWAI) have been confirmed and will be held in Canberra on 28-30 November 2016. It’s Australia’s longest-running conference focussing specifically on technology access for people with disabilities.

The OZeWAI event is on at the Australian Government’s Shared Services Centre 50MC Theatre in Marcus Clarke Street, in Canberra’s city centre. Conference fees should be about the same as for previous events, and the organisers are looking for reasonably-priced accommodation options.

This year’s conference will feature prominent digital accessibility experts, specialists and researchers from around the world, along with leaders from industry, government and not-for-profits to explore and support digital inclusion topics and ideas.

Media Access Australia has been a proud sponsor of the conference for many years, and is pleased to support OZeWAI again in 2016. If you’re interested in attending, presenting – or even sponsoring as well – you can contact the OZeWAI conference committee.
